How Remote Support Works

1. Call to arrange a session. Tell me about your computer problem or the application you want to learn.

2. Get connected securely. I’ll guide you through opening TeamViewer and starting a remote support session.

3. Work together. With your permission, I can view or control your computer to help resolve the issue or demonstrate how an application works.

4. Finish with confidence. You can ask questions as we go, and you can end the remote session when the work is complete.
